Why seal your concrete?
Bare concrete is porous — it soaks up grease, leaf tannins and water, which leads to staining and faster organic regrowth. Sealing creates a protective barrier that's far easier to keep clean.
Clean first, then seal
Sealing works best on a properly cleaned, dry surface, so we water blast first and let it dry before the sealer goes on. That way it soaks in properly and lasts.
A penetrating seal you can't see
We use a water-based penetrating sealer that soaks into the concrete rather than forming a film on top — so it leaves no residue and doesn't change the look, colour or feel of the surface. The protection is there; you just can't see it.
