How often should I wash my house?

We also recommend once per year if you are concerned about algae spores and bacteria in the air then getting your House washed yearly is the best option.

In some cases you can wait 2 years before having your house washing done. It really depends on how much sunlight your house gets and how much shade your exterior cladding gets throughout the day.

The time to do a house wash in Auckland can vary on many factors including the type of cladding, the size of the house and the water flow of the property. With our quality equipment and techniques a typical house wash project takes between 1-3 hours.

You do not need to be home in order for us to perform a house washing service. If you are not home at the completion of the job, we can simply have you take a look around when you are home to confirm that you are satisfied with our work.

If we have rain the day your service is booked we will still plan on doing the service as normal. We wash in rain, hail (maybe not) and shine! However, if it is raining heavily then we may have to postpone the washing until our next available day. You will be contacted on the day if there are any problems.

Yes! We specialize in removing the "green stuff" from your exterior cladding. That green stuff is really just algae growing on your exterior. Our cleaning process not only removes it but it also kills it and keeps it away for a longer time than just pressure washing it.

When we clean a house it includes much more than just the Cladding. We wash the siding, trim, facia, window sills, out side of gutters, downpipes, garage doors, pillars, windows (rinsed clean, a specific pure water clean is also available), and soffits. Basically from the outside of the gutters to the ground

We can clean the windows with our house washing mixture which is meant to make the windows look clean and clear. However, we also offer a pure water clean option which leaves no streaks with no minerals in the water. 

Yes! We are able to clean almost any exterior surface from nearly any type of stain including brick and many other types of surfaces.
